Your database of trainers
The software enables you to enter all the data relating to the trainers likely to be involved in your training catalogue. Keeping trainers’ CVs up to date is one of the Datadock obligations. All the necessary details of their marital status, address, email, telephone number, remuneration and status (employed or self-employed) are entered.
What’s more, the software makes it easy to add new trainers, either with a new course in the catalogue or by linking them to existing courses. Feedback at the end of the sessions can be measured for a quick analysis of the level of satisfaction.
Manage session dynamics by trainer
Without locking out certain situations, the software allows you to manage all your trainers, by listing their documents, the number of sessions they have completed and the names of the sessions for each trainer on a specific page. To optimise planning, the software summarises the trainers’ services already scheduled. The easy-to-use tool quickly gives you a complete history of services and hours worked, with rates and charges.
When building a session, the software will suggest a list of trainers. You then have instant access to all the contact details you need to set up and confirm an assignment. Trainers can be specifically associated with training sessions in the catalogue.
